Monthly Bookkeeping
Cashbook captured, every bank account reconciled, the ledger closed on a date you can plan around — and kept VAT-ready as it goes.

What this actually involves
Bookkeeping is not data capture. It is the discipline of making a business legible to itself. We take custody of the ledger and return it every month balanced, reconciled and explained — not merely captured.
Bank feeds from FNB, Absa, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec or wherever you bank are matched line by line, along with card, Yoco, PayFast, Ozow and SnapScan settlements. Anything ambiguous goes onto a single open-questions list rather than into a guess, and nothing is parked in a suspense account and quietly forgotten.
Because the VAT and payroll deadlines do not wait for anybody, the ledger is kept submission-ready throughout the month rather than scrambled into shape on the last business day.
You receive a closed set of books, a note on anything that moved unusually, and a short commentary in plain language.
